Custom Shoes
Expect to receive your custom shoes within 4-6 weeks of completing your order and confirming it with us. As with our in stock shoes you have the choice of several Fed Ex options for shipping. Please see below:
Services
We use Fed Ex’s web services to calculate your shipping costs. Unless otherwise selected by you your order will be calculated using the least expensive Fed Ex service which is Fed Ex Ground. Usually this will be your best method of shipping since it offers the optimal combination of economy and speed. Most ground orders should be received within 1-7 business days. If you would like to use another Fed Ex service you will be prompted upon check out to choose your method of shipping.
The following is a list of the other Fed Ex services we currently offer. Some of the services below may not available in the region where your shoes are being shipped and we apologize for the inconvenience. If for some reason you would like to use a Fed Ex service not listed below and it is offered in your region please contact us and we will try to accommodate you.

If you would like to calculate your shipping costs please use the following Fed Ex link. For the field where you must enter weight please type 2lbs which is the average weight of our shoe plus the packing material. This is just an estimate. Your shipping costs might be slightly less or more.

When your order has shipped we will send you an email with your tracking number. You may visit the link below to begin tracking your order.

Delivery
Upon receiving your order please make sure to inspect it carefully for any shipping damages, manufacturing defects or any discrepancies in your order. If you think there was a mistake made in your order please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package(s). See our returns section on this site for more information on this matter.
Exchanges
We do not offer Fed-Ex shipping on exchanged items. Instead, if you have submitted an item for exchange, return shipping of your requested item is $12 for USPS flat rate priority mail. Your exchanged item should be received within 2-7 days.
