SpireDance Returns
At SpireDance we pride ourselves on our high quality ballroom dance shoes and reliable customer service. We will accept returns for all in-stock shoes sold on this site however some conditions apply. Please read the following details carefully before purchasing.
Note:
We double and triple inspect ever order to make sure that the product is delivered exactly to your specifications. However, on very rare occasions you might find that the order you received is not the right one or there is a manufacturing defect in the shoe. If this is the case you are responsible for reporting defects, shipping damage or any discrepancies in your order within 48 hours of delivery. Upon contacting us we will arrange for an immediate exchange or refund.
Returns
All Returns must be post marked within 21 days of purchase in order to qualify for an exchange or refund. Please note the following very carefully:
- Shoes must show no signs of wear. Make sure to try your shoes on a clean soft surface.
- All shoes must be returned in their original packaging.
- Shoes must be accompanied by a Return and Exchange form.
- Please include a copy of the original invoice.
* If a pair of shoes shows any sign of soiling or wear, or is not sent within the time frame described above, you will not be credited for an exchange or refund.
All returned items are subject to a $10 restocking fee. Exchanges will be shipped back using USPS Priority shipping. A $10 flat rate shipping and handling rate will apply to all exchanges. Unless the shoes are being returned due to an error on our part we cannot pay for shipping. At no time are we responsible for any shoes lost or stolen in return transit to our office. We recommend that you obtain a tracking number and insurance when returning your shoes.
Custom Shoe Returns
Our custom shoes are available for exchange only and are subject to a $20 restocking fee. Exchanges will be shipped back using USPS Priority shipping. A $10 flat rate shipping and handling rate will apply to all exchanges. Special requests such as Split Sizes, different heel heights, or shoe sizes greater than 13.5 for men and 12 for women are not exchangeable.
Before purchasing a custom shoe please makes sure you are absolutely certain of the size, design, color, heel height and special request. If you have any questions about our custom shoes do not hesitate to contact us before placing your order. We are willing to spend as much time as is necessary to make sure make sure all of your questions and concerns are addressed. If you use our online special order form we will contact you within 1 business day to discuss a method of payment.
Manhattan Ballroom Dance Returns
Due to our agreement with Manhattan Ballroom Dance any shoes purchased using their Promo Code will be eligible for exchange only.
Canceled Orders
If you decide that you would like to cancel your order and it has already been shipped you have two choices.
- You may keep the shoes that you purchased and try to resell them or give them away as a gift.
- You may return the order once it arrives. Regular shipping and re-stocking fees will apply.
Custom shoes may be canceled within the first 24 hours of receiving payment. After this time period no cancellations will be accepted.
