Ordering
For your convenience we offer two ways of ordering and payment. If you would like to order a custom shoe or any of our in stock shoes over the phone you may do so at any time by calling us toll free at 1.877.319.6265 M-F 9-4PM. We will be happy to assist you and can take your credit card information securely over the phone. If you purchase our shoes online you can check out with Google Checkout or Pay Pal.
Gift Certificates
As of January 1st 2010 Gift Certificates will no longer be redeemable online. If you would like use your certificate please call or email us and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Custom Shoes
Ordering a pair of custom shoes is a big investment and represents a serious commitment. At SpireDance we know that you rely on your shoes for comfort and performance. We take the crafting of your custom shoes very seriously. Shoes will usually be received within 4-6 weeks after we have confirmed your payment. Sales Tax
In accordance with Federal and State law SpireDance is certified to collect an 8.875% sales tax for any item shipped within the state of New York. We are not required to collect sales tax for any order outside of New York and within the United States.
Credit Card Refunds
SpireDance will issue a refund to your credit card company anywhere between 5 to 10 days after determination of your refund status and eligibility. For canceled or incorrect orders we will issue a refund to your credit company within 5 to 10 days after you have notified us of the cancellation or incorrect order. In the case of returns, we will issue your refund minus any applicable fees for restocking and shipping within 5-10 days after we have received your shoes in their original condition.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order you must do so before it is shipped to avoid shipping and re-stocking fees. Orders are processed as soon as they are received and are shipped within 1 business day or less. If you have just placed an order and would like to cancel it please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped then shipping and re-stocking fees will apply.
